boneless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces or in half (whatever you prefer)
i used bertolli cheese and garlic sauce in a bottle ( 1/4 cup = 2 net carbs ) i used the whole thing for 14 net carbs
1 bag of broccoli ( mine was 7 net carbs )
few table spoons of butter
heavy cream
melt butter in bottom of crockpot on high.
place chicken , about 6-8 oz of heavy cream , bertollis sauce, and bag of broccolli on top. add salt and pepper to taste.
i cooked on high for 3 hours then low for 3 hours.
top it with bacon bits and crushed pork grinds.
HEAVEN!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am all about the least amount of work for the best tasting things. I will be adding this to my recipes I make often
