I know that I got this recipe on the forum, but can't seem to find it, so I thought I would re-post!! We had this tonight and the kids LOVED it!!! ::)
2 cups cooked soft broccoli
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 cups Doug’s Rich and Creamy Alfredo sauce: http://www.fattoskinny.net/index.php?topic=4380.0 (http://www.fattoskinny.net/index.php?topic=4380.0)
Salt and pepper to taste
Puree the broccoli in a food processor
add the almond milk into the food processor and process for a minute
pour the mixture into a sauce pot and add the Alfredo sauce
stir well and taste, adjust salt and pepper
bring to a boil, reduce to simmer for 15 minutes
Add shredded cheddar cheese to top of each bowl when serving.
I added some cubed, leftover ham too and it was delicious!!!! ;D

Hi Momma! :)
This sounds like a wonderful warm-me-up for cold Winter evenings!
Will be making it this week as snow is back in our weather forecast.
Thank you for sharing!!! :) :) :)

Snow?!! We are in heatwave mode at the moment - our summer - bushfires - no rain in sight. Wish it would snow :(
