ingredients
3 cups almound flour
10tbs psyllium fiber
4tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
5tbs apple cider vineger
11/2 cups boiling water
6ggs
mix dry ingredient in a bowl
in another bowl mix the wet ingredients,pour into the dry mix and mix well
pour in the 11/2 cup boiling water and mix well
pour into a loaf pan
bake untill ready
makes about 10 servings
2 slices per serving
2 slices is 4.8 carbs

I made a psyllium like wrap and I couldn't take the taste of the psyllium until I toasted the wrap. So, maybe the same with the bread.
