These are soooo delish, its our Chocolate Pudding recipe frozen :)

Ingredients
3/4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
12 drops FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener available here- www.shop.fattoskinny.com (http://www.shop.fattoskinny.com)
2 squares unsweetened bakers chocolate
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
1. Chop or grate bakers chocolate in food processor.
2. Add sweetener to food processor with chocolate, mix well.
3. Put unsweetened vanilla almond milk in a microwave safe container uncovered in microwave for 4 minutes until hot enough to melt chocolate.
4. Turn on food processor with chocolate and slowly pour in hot almond milk.
5. Blend until chocolate is melted.
6. Pour in medium size bowl and let cool completely.
7. Once cool pour in heavy whipping cream and vanilla and chill 2 hours.
8. Fill molds and freeze
Entire recipe is only 4.5 carbs!

Hey, Umpa!.... I got happy! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
It was absolutely awful around here Monday. It reached 102 with high humidity.
And that night, it did not fall below 70. So the house was still very warm Tuesday morning.
The happy bright spot were the peppermint Popsicles! ;D ;D ;D
They actually made me feel cooler!
I have more in freezer ready for the next heat event! :)

I am going to try this soon. It looks really good. Going to have to buy the 'forms' to put the mixture into.

I found mine at Kmart they are Jelly Belly .I have seen them at the Dollar Store too just not as big ;)
