I have just lost 1.5 kgs even though i am consuming on an avg 75 carbs a day. i hv started low carb diest about 1 week back.

As I said in another one your posts...
100 net carbs a day is FIVE TIMES as much :o :o :o as the most you should eat, daily.
20 net carbs or less, not eating too much, and only eating when hungry are the keys to success.
Please read Doug's book.

I was in the forum a few years back also but had quit.
i am now warned by doctor to loose weight asap.
For the last 3 days i am consuming 50 - 60 carbs a day only but still am not loosing weight

Like I said in the last post, you should keep your daily digestible carbs to 20 or less, per day.
This is clearly stated in Doug's book.
I've lost my weight following that.
