Title: bored with breakfast

okay - i'm sick of eggs and dare I say bacon ----say it ain't so.   

'Fraid so - would like a little kickstart for a new breakfast menu. 

Any suggestions people? --- something with protein is a given  ;D

Eating eggs everyday can get boring.
So I eat Smaps (soy protein) with almond milk and Zero & cinnamon to change things up now and then.

Unfortunately - no.

I've found also if companies do have international shipping it is absolutely outrageous.

hmm...wonder if i can make my own cereal.......

Others have been making their own cereals...

I did a quick Google search for "homemade low carb cereal" and found this near the top of the search results;

I cannot vouch for how they taste.

oh tony - gotta say the peanut butter flax power granola caught my attention.  Love my pb.
