Hey guys! Happy New Year! Just to fill ya in, I've actually lost 5lbs! Woohoo! Better than gaining! I have been adding just an hour a day on the excersize bike. Seems to be helping!
It's much easier to keep track of carbs, when they aren't being shoved at you all the time!
But man, the withdraw symptoms ain't no joke! Lol...

Congratulations!!!... Losing 5 pounds this time of year is a real accomplishment for most of us.
Time on the exercise bike, besides other health benefits, will help keep your metabolism running more efficiently.

I agree that carb detox is no joke.
It's very much like the withdrawal from some drugs.
I've been there before. And I do not intend to go back.

Thank you Tony, Morgan And Alex! Haha...We're all doing good, slowly, we're all loosing. Even the 20yr old, who was SO stubborn about it, has lost weight, husband and the 22yr old! All it took was us getting out of the mother n laws house! Cause I think we're all sick to death of sweets!
