On a warm summer day, why not indulge in a low carb ice cap.
Ice Cappucino
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup strong coffee (freshly brewed)
3 cups ice cubes
1 Tbsp cocoa
4 to 5 tsp splenda
Net carbs: 6 g
In a blender put ice cubes, cocoa and cream and mix for a few seconds. Add the splenda and coffee and blend using high speed until you no longer hear the crunching of the ice cubes. Pour and savor.

suzanne....wow i would try using sugar free torani syrups and nix the SPLENDA:( & the cocoa.... 6 carbs for an iced cappucino is an awful lot ...... the torani syrups have 0 carbs & come in many flavors....i find them at walmart>>>> splenda will stop you from losing weight....just trying to help;)
-
I was gonna say I made mine with torani and it was yum. I used cinnamon instead of cocoa powder so no carbs!
-
yes beebs....but i believe i am quoting you when i say "splenda is evil" lol,and i use the torani daily to flavor my coffee and i just love it:)
-
What's the best Torani flavor? I saw some at Big Lots really cheap the other day.
-
hey paula i either use vanilla or chocolate....they both taste great in coffee:)
-
The raspberry is my favorite but harder to find for some reason. They sell sugar free caramel, hazelnut, vanilla, chocolate, and of course raspberry!
-
cool guys! never heard of Torani Syrups....going to walmart! :D
-
Big Lots has alot of them and so does TJ Max. ;)
-
Our local Walmart doesn't carry Torani Syrups :( But a store called Smart and Final does. They cater to small businesses so they have all the flavors. There's Chocolate mint, Almond Rocha, English toffee, Black Cherry, Coconut, White Chocolate and a host of others. They must have a website that would list all the flavors ???

Have at it Katary... but they are expensive on the website. At Smart and Final they are $4.95 and no shipping! Here's the site: http://www.torani.com/home/products (http://www.torani.com/home/products)

OMG .......a really big TY this is like christmas in july:)
-
ok i checked it out, they are $7.95 a bottle on the website, but that is for a 750 ml bottle, the ones walmart sells is only a 375 ml bottle,so you get twice as much product:) the shipping cost does suck, but i think i am going to have to order online to get different flavors:)

Gary, check in your area for store that sells to small businesses. Also, anyplace that already sells Torini syrups should be able to order what you want even if it is a special order to be picked up from the managers office. Before spending the big bucks "let your fingers do the walking" in the yellow pages and do some calling around.

Smart and Final's website shows "affiliate" stores in other areas Maybe one of these is in your area. Here's the website: http://www.smartandfinal.com/index.aspx (http://www.smartandfinal.com/index.aspx)
