Eat the hamburger! Be sure to pile on the "no-carb" goodies. Like a few dill pickle slices, mustard, a slice of onion, a slice of cheese. Sometimes you just got to do it. At least you aren't craving sweets. Even then, there are things you can have. Then go for a walk and go to bed, sleep like a baby! No guilt there! I have found that if I eat my dinner later in the evening, I don't get hungry for snacks before bed. If I eat early, there are too many hours before bedtime and I am hungry for another whole meal.
