hey Susie yes i do exercise now,but before i was so fat and out of shape that i would huff & puff just going up stairs no more.... when i make bread i use umpas spinach bread recipe,but instead of almond flour i use ground up pork rinds... and instead of eggs i use powdered egg whites & h2o ( no carbs in either item) i also add different ingredients to flavor it .... different cheeses,spices,whatever sounds good to me at the time,i like to mix it up, my 14 yr old daughter has requested pizza bread... so this weekend i am making a loaf with provelone,pepperoni & pizza spices.... if i can get a camera man, i may make a video of it:) i also am thinking of putting a blackened chicken/mushroom soup on the menu..... it just sounds good:)
Hey Doug, Thanks for your input. I am going to freeze the remaining fresh strawberries for future use and cut back on the carbs because I am really wanting to see some "lower" numbers on the scales! Have a great day!
