Hi Jen! Welcome to the forum! I really love it here, and it's great to be able to talk with nice, caring people who are all on the same journey. I was excited to read that your doctor suggested FTS to you! My physician is very happy with my being on this program as well! I think the medical community is starting to catch on!!!

Congatulations Snobles! By the way, there's GREAT cheesecake recipes in the new FTS bakery book! They have all the taste, and none of the guilt! The awesome recipes help me stick with the program because I never feel deprived.

Ok Sherri.....I think I have figured out why I haven't lost as fast as you! I keep looking at the fork in your picture and wondering if that's a HUGE fork, or a very small piece of cheesecake!

I LOVE Cracker Barrel, and Georgia is covered UP with them. Seriously, there's 2 within 10 minutes of my house, and another one like 25 minutes away. I like to get their hamburger steak with onions on top and their turnip greens! They even have a sugar free dessert....apple pie with vanilla ice cream, but I'd be afraid of the carbs in that. Hey, at least they ARE trying!!

Good for YOU Rena!! I like the Carrot Cake flavor the BEST! Kroger is now my new favorite place to buy groceries. I still have to run in Publix to get the sugar free Land of Lakes whip cream. (That's a staple at my house. ha ha)

Awh that's GREAT Momx4! We just have one child (age 19) and her name is actually Madison, but most of her close friends call her Maddy. There's someone else on the forum who also has a daughter named Madison. When the Movie "Splash" came out in the 80's I thought...."If I ever have a daughter...." ha ha

Thank you Jo! You are so funny! I've still got the "snowman" thing going on...melting from the top down! I am happy that I've lost in my face, but I am ready to get rid of these hips & thighs! I'm hoping to have more time to get out and walk in the evenings after the time changes this weekend. I LOVE it when it stays light til around 9pm.
Ok....can't wait to get some of this BQ sauce!
