Proactive is a skin system that they are always trying to sell on tv. Now 11 years ago it rocked, cleared it right up and I have really sensitive skin. Sounds like they might have changed their business practices since then.

I was wondering about changing up the Almond flour to Soy due to an allergy issue of a friend. You think it will be too dry then?

I do the pork rinds too or I have been known to bring string cheese with me. Either way I always get my diet coke and that thrills me ;)

Welcome Mike. Let me tell you if I can do it anyone can. I absolutely HATE cooking. I do everything as easy and simple as possible. Hotdogs, hamburgers..loads of lunchmeats of all kinds, cheese and my favorite...Reddiwhip!  Just check your labels and you find it's very simple. I also eat out at least three times a week and I've already lost 55 pounds in just under 3 months.  Really you just need to make you a priority and everything else will fall into place. Good luck :)

I thought getting my 11 year old son on board was easier than getting my husband on board. I hope Zombiegirl was able to make it work.

Have you guys tried Proactive? I used that after the birth of my son 11 years ago and it rocked. Cleared it right up. I am thinking about trying it again if it doesn't clear up. I look like I have teenage skin at 40. LOL

Izzet my body does that too. I don't loose anything for a few days, then once it's over I loose the water weight along with whatever else I lost. Last month I dropped 10 pounds when it was all over.  I hate the water weight!! Good luck

My skin has gotten oilier too. I wondered if it was the change in diet, all the meats possibly?

The first month that I changed my families eating habits with the book, my 11 year old son asked if it was okay that his poop was green. LOL So yes it does change somethings.  :) :) :) :) :) :)

At first I kept a post it note pad near the fridge and I would just jot down the number of carbs I ate to try and keep it in check. As you go on you realize you don't really need to. The only time I do it now is if I had more Reddiwhip then I should so I know when I getting close to 20 carbs. Speaking of reddiwhip, they changed the label. It use to list no carbs at all and now it states it has one per serving. Bummer :(
