I am thinking of getting somebody to hide my scale too.  I get on there EVERY morning, and I seem to let it set my mood for the day....hate that.

Ok Sherrie...I will tell you something funny!  I ran out at lunch yesterday and purchased the Centrum Ultra Women's vitamins!  ha ha   I figured I needed to be taking vitamins anyway (but if it I start losing a pound a day.....that will just be a great side effect.  ha ha)   

I had to leave for work, but I saw that Dr. Oz was going to be on Good Morning America today giving four "simple steps" to break the sugar addiction and drop the excess pounds!!   I hit the record button, so hopefully I can see what he had to say later tonight.

I could give America four "simple words"....FAT TO SKINNY LIFESTYLE!!     

Hi Dowensrdu!  Welcome to the forum!  Your daughter-in-law is awesome, and such a wonderul friend to me!  She's the one who told me about FTS too!  We've had the chance to try each other's cooking a couple of times, but I sure wish we lived closer!  I'd be popping in at her house ALL the time!!   ha ha  I know you will enjoy the forum.  Everyone on here is GREAT!   

Amen to eating the mashed cauliflower at home!   I followed Owensmath's tip to put a little mayo & some shredded cheese, and the result was light & fluffy wonderful stuff!   It's one of my favorite foods!

Yay!!!  I am so happy for you!!  Isn't it just the BEST to step on the scale and see that it's moved?!!   I agree, I would have lost weight YEARS ago had I know about this lifestyle.  Way to GO!!!!

Oh my goodness, G8torgirl!  I have turned the Land of Lakes can upside down for a shot too!!  Thank you for making ME feel "normal"!  ha ha  I LOVE that stuff.   

Welcome "Smcconnico' and "Icandothis"!  I think this forum is a great part of the FTS success!  It is so nice to know so many wonderful people who are on the same path!  Everyone is so helpful and encouraging!  You will love it here!!

....and Doug, I DO feel so much better!  Also, I am SO glad there's awesome people out there like OWENSMATH who care about others enough to keep telling me I should try FTS.  Looking back, I sure wish I had listened to her sooner!  My first day, she emailed & said..."Welcome to your new lifestyle!!"  I just love her!!
