More proof that FTS really works! :) :) :)

I've been living the FTS lifestyle since August 2010 and have lost just under 100 pounds!
This is the first time I've been thin and STAYED that way in my entire life!

I had metabolic syndrome which includes type II diabetes.
Thanks to FTS, my doctor declared I no longer had metabolic syndrome and was no longer diabetic.

FTS WORKS!!! :) :) :) :) :)

Like Umpa says, stick to the plan and those numbers will keep shrinking.

Thanks Tony-  Had a busy day yesterday - Stopped by taco bell and picked up a cantina bowl. Had a little rice in it.

Hi, Joe!

Why flirt with failure?
Rice is not the only high carb ingredient in that bowl.

Here's the list of its ingredients;
Black beans, cilantro rice, citrus & herb marinated chicken, new guacamole, fire-roasted corn salsa, creamy cilantro dressing, pico de gallo and romaine lettuce.

Assuming you got the chicken one, you ate 41 net carbs!!! :o :o :o
That bowl is more that TWICE the max number of carbs you should allow.

See; https://m.nutritionix.com/taco-bell/cantina-power-bowl-chicken/

If your serious about reaching your goals, you must be more careful my friend.

Desserts and Sweets / Re: Liquid vs. Powdered Sweetener in Baking
« on: November 04, 2015, 01:24:03 PM »
Hi, Mark! :)

You can use multiple types of sweeteners in a recipe.

I use Zero for all my baking & other sweetener needs except when I need bulk I'll use xylitol or for a powdered-sugar presentation effect, erythritol.

If you prefer the most sweetness, then I'd stick with Zero.
I've never had a problem baking with it as a substitute.

"Sweetness" is a personal taste.
What's good for some may be sickening to others.
So let your taste buds be your guide.

Lean On My Shoulder / Re: Canola Oil
« on: October 28, 2015, 12:32:26 PM »
The oil smelled fine. I've not used canola oil much before. Used it heavy like I do coconut oil. I had a slight headache too. Was told it may be an allergy.

Hi, Susie! :)

You may have an allergy to it.
If you take it back, the store will give your money back or a store credit.
