Thank you! I am still so afraid to use artificial sweeteners. What would be the next best thing?
I was so successful loosing weight using From Fat to Skinny Book. But then I slowly stated eating wrong and gained every thing back . 40 pounds. I am not loosing weight as fast this time and I am so depressed that I had gained it all back. I want to maybe buy the new books too.
I Really need help. It is hard.

Hi,
Can any one tell me what this product Zero is? What is the ingredients in it?
It says it is Zero sugar alcohol. It tells us what is isn't but not what it is?
Just wondering.
