Today is my new starting date, once again.  I had great success the first time around but let a couple jumps off the wagon take over.  So, I've started a new ticker and I'm already down a bit over 2 pounds for the first day.  I know it's probably just water and the fact that I haven't eaten yet, but still..2 pounds!

Thank you everyone!  I guess I meant to say where do you find the Walden Farms brand.  Is it only online, or have you had luck finding it in stores?

Thanks!

Can someone please let me know where I can buy low carb or SF pizza sauce?  I see many people use it for their pizzas, but have yet to find it anywhere.

Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the info!  I know there are ways to prepare, but one event is one I bought tickets for, and it's all about gourmet food...thus, I will be starting on MOnday.  A few more days to enjoy bad things...I'm bad, I know :(

thank you all for your support even before I begin  :)

I'm not starting until Monday because I purchased tickets to a Food Truck Fest (that I have been waiting for for quite some time), and then Father's Day to celebrate with the hubby.  These will be my last two days to eat what I want and whip back into shape in really watching what goes into my body!   :)

I am dragging my feet and acting like a little two year old, throwing a tantrum, and starting back to a healthy and good for me way of eating!  There, I said it, now I need to hold myself accountable to it.  I have gained the 10lbs back that I originally lost, and I NEED to loose this weight!  I've made my grocery list, began running, and I'm ready to loose this extra part of me that I don't want hanging around and dragging me down.  FTS was so very easy to follow and I'm kicking myself for falling back to the sugar, I could have been skinny by now!  It's such a weird thing because although I crave soda like crazy, it never tastes great like it used to.  The same goes for so very many other treats that I used to enjoy.  Perhaps this is a sign that my body just needs something good put into it?

I look forward to stating a weigh-in and truly being accountable to it this time  :)

Thank you in advance for your support, I know the first few days will be rough!  See you all on Monday when FTS begins working itself on my body!

I have found a great new product for low-carb deli style sandwiches and crispy crust pizza.  These are very substantial and do not fall apart like some low-carb wraps.  I love the shape which makes them easy to load and great size for a personal pizza.  They have several flavors in the light and all low carb 6-8 net carbs and high in fiber and protein.  I know how Doug feels about cow food but for a quick snack, dinner or lunch these are pretty good.

Tonight I made a pizza using the Italian light flatout with Walden Farms 0 sugar, 0 carbs, 0 calorie marinara sauce, some sliced black olives, sliced fresh mushrooms, pepperoni and hand grated mozzarella cheese.  Bake the flatout slightly oiled with olive oil at 350 degrees directly on the rack for 7 minutes then remove and top with your sauce and toppings and bake for another 7 minutes.  Amazing, crispy crust pizza and very filling.

Where do you find the marinara sauce..I can't seem to find it?

I just dipped in HC & egg and then in a mix of Parm/flax

Those look awesome!  What is HC?

I fell away from F2S and plan on starting next week...too many bad food events lined up for the rest of this week to begin eating good tomorrow  :)

General Discussion / Why?

I haven't received any new unread post for weeks.  Does anyone know why?  When I click on the link up top, it doesn't show a single post...very strange?

so I let FTS go out the window Friday through Sunday!  Bummer!  I was craving sushi and blew it having more than sushi.  The weekend continued on with lots of foods I shouldn't have had, but I was having mad cravings...it's a girl thing  :)

Anyhow, I've gained 4lbs!!!!  But I do have to say that I know it will be gone within the next few days, and I am back on course as of this morning.

I had to keep myself accountable and record my failures for the week...oh well, live and move on!
