I am keeping a journal of everything I eat and am only drinking water and tea no splenda.  I got so mad about jumping back and forth from 199 to 200 I dropped to around 15 carbs.  I started to walk a 1.5 miles the last two days.

Eating meat, cheese and vegtables, SF jello sometimes with Reddi Whip, SF Candy 1 serving a day.  Any ideas how I can break this and get the scale moving?  I am burning ketones.

1 lb lowfat Italian Sausage (I like Hot)
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 small green pepper diced
1 14.5 can diced tomatoes ( I like garlic and basal)
2 cans beef broth
1 cup frozen green beans

Brown sausage, onion and pepper and drain.
Place in slow cooker along with tomatoes, and broth.  Last hour of cooking and green beans.  Cover and cook in slow cooker on low for 7 to 8 hours.

Per cup Net Carbs 2

Can we use canned tomatoes?  None of the sauce here is lower carb.  The canned tomatoes I like have net carb of 5 per 1/2 cup.

I am down to 202.  I started on this way of eating on 4-10 at 205.  So in nine days I have lost 3 lbs. Besides sugar and sugar alcohol what should I avoid?

Typical day
Adkins Shake, tea no sugar or milk, water
Tortilla 3 net carbs ( La Factory), turkey, beef, ham, lettuce, mayo, cheese, tomatoes slices.
cheese
Meat vegetables
cheese
sf jello

I checked all my medicine online.  I don't see anything that should be working against me.  The Ketone strips show I am burning fat.  Would like to see the scale move a little faster.

I am writing down everything I am eating and drinking (only water) and I have only lost 2 lbs this week.  Keeping to 20 or lower on the carbs.  Been on this since last week.  Help.
