General Discussion / Stevia Blend
« on: November 16, 2010, 08:17:27 AM »
Hi

I was looking at making the Dark Chocolate Mousse and I am not to sure what Stevia Blend is?
Is it in liquid or powder form?

Can it be substituted with another product?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the information from Hershey's and the follow up.

What does this really mean for me in regards of NET CARB count?
Do I get to add up my Net Carbs the Canadian way or the American way??.

lol..

Hi

I live in Canada and was wondering if there is a difference in the actual net carb of 5 Miniature Reese's cup?
The nutritional information on the bag of sugar free Reese Miniature peanut butter cup is 27g Carbs - 2g Fiber - 20g Sugar Alcohols = 5 grams of net carbs for 5 pieces.

I modified the recipe and was figuring the net carb per potion and realized that my Reese's pieces appeared to contain more carbs then the one posted.

Thanks.

Hi there

Loking for replacement ideas for cream corn.
What can I use to substitute the cream corn in a shepperds pie?
I would like to use something lower in carbs.
I can substitute the potatoes with mashed cauliflower.

Thanks..

I was all out of the Beanit Butter, so I used I.M.Healthy unsweetened Soy Nut Butter.
They taste great.........the whole family liked them.
What would the carb count be?

General Discussion / Daily calorie intake

Hi

I am a newbie to this forum.
I read the book and can relate so much to the special person............OMG

My question is the following:
Will I not get sick if I don't consume enough calories on a daily basis?
I followed a diet previously and lost 52 pounds (gained about 25 back), and I had to go see my doctor because I started getting weak, shortness of breath and arethmia.
I did the stress test and the blood work, nothing out of the ordinary.
This was all caused by a lack of calories.

Thanks.
