Two things,

The cattle prod Umpa is always chasing me with  :o and this story;

A Divine Mission Ordered By GOD-  https://www.onlinefilefolder.com/3sXvdQ0GtPynWH

Great and scary story Doug.  Do you mind if I share it?  I still plan on meeting you face to face and extending my hand, when I lose the rest of this weight.  So many people are asking me how I have finally broken the curse of being Super Morbidly Obese.  I am not sure of the exact number, but at least 40 people or more have called me and told me that they are now armed with your book.  I hope they all see the inspiration and example you are.  Well done my friend and thank you for your support.

The greatest part about being the author of weight loss books is the realization that I can NEVER allow myself to ever get FAT again :) I suggest you start the group and you'll find yourself in the same position :) Start it as a topic, I'll sticky it so it doesn't get lost and lets see where it leads us.

Doug,

I love this.  It is why I started my blog... to hold me accountable in public view.  Once again, I thank you for your efforts in helping us all.

Phil,

Count me in for the accountability for exercise.

Doug,

Dropped by to say that after nearly five weeks on the Fat to Skinny program, I have lost 31 pounds!  What is amazing is that I lost this 31 pounds after losing 110 pounds in a slow, doctor recommended low glycemic, 1200 calorie plan over 19 months.  I hit a six week plateau on the low glycemic plan and as you already know found your book at Barnes and Noble.  The rest is history.  I am amazed at how simple and yet undiscovered this is for all of us.  We all have been taught to look for the "visible" sugars and even our doctors do not think to tell people to look for the "hidden" sugars.
