I know exactly how you feel.  I have 40lbs to loose and have tried everything.  I really think there's something wrong as I honestly follow programs (WW) and nothing happens.  I 've been doing this for almost 3 weeks and nothing!!!!  I keep hearing hang in there, detox etc, but it's hard when the scale does NOT move.  So maybe you and I will have to "hang in there" together.  Like you, I'm sick of being fat and want to fix this before it becomes 50lbs.  Good Luck,

The pumpkin nuts are only 2 net carbs per quarter cup.  Helps the crunch/salt craving.
I'll keep plugging away here.  Where can I find more info on the detox thing?

Here's what I ate today.
Breakfast 1 egg and 1 egg white scrambled with 4 slices bacon, 2 cups coffee
1/4 cup of pepitas (pumpkin seed nuts) for snack
lunch 1/2 cup cottage cheese, dry lemon sf jello and a dollop of reddy whip (makes a great salad)
1 string cheese, radishes, celery and diet root beer for snack
2 eggs scrambled with 2oz deli ham. ( I usually don't eat this many eggs but didn't have time to cook today)
sf ice cream bar ( 3 carbs, 80 cal. ) snack

It 's really hard to say as I always make it as a dis to pass and cut into small triangle wedges.  It's really yummy.  You can easily get 12 servings.

How would I convert this recipe
2lbs of provolone cheese sliced
8 oz. ricotta cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
2 - 3 garlic gloves crushed
3 tbls. fresh basil
1 tbs. finely chopped almonds
1 tsp. salt.
Mix all ingredients except the provolone, until smooth.  Layer spread and cheese slices.  Wrap until chilled.

Thanks, I have been tracking in WW site, trying to combine the 2 diets.  Did blow it today with some popcorn, BUT I probably ate about a  fourth of what I normally would.  I will begin tracking here tomorrow. Is there a special place on the site to do this or just post?
I'm overwhelmed with the response from you. Thanks again.
