hi. doug i just recently read your Fat to Skinny book and in it it says we can eat PORK RINDS.. i was wondering if they can be pork rinds with picante flavor because on the lable it says 0 carbs?.. and another question is, i love drinking mineral water with my meals, is that ok? because they have no carbs or sugars.. or should i stick with water and diet cokes? thanks for all your help
