I've been on F2S for 1 week.

I don't expect to lose 25 lbs. in a week.

But I have not lost any weight.

I'm following your program to a T.

Because of the change in diet... I stopped exercising to make sure my body adjusted and I wasn't going to
go crazy w/o enough calories and carbs.

When I read the testimonials of people losing 30 lbs. in a month I thought WOW... this is it...

I'm not going to stop the program ...

Any suggestions...!

How much food is enough?

I understand the 20 grams of Carb's per day...

But if you are extremely active/working out...

One hour strength training and One Hour Cardio ...

Do you just increase the 20 grams so you don't drop due to lack of Carbs...

Or do you just add additional protein to your day to make up the difference?

Most Personal Trainers will advise their clients to consume 1. 5 grams of protein a day for every pound of weight... especially if you are working out.

In your book I have not seen a guideline (unless I've overlooked it) which  states how much protein for a man or woman.

Any suggestions and direction on this?

Is the Fat to Skinny Program a shell of the Atkins Diet.

General Questions / Using Protein Shakes

I've begun working out again...

And I want to make sure I get enough protein per day
 
And I use a Protein powder that has 31 grams of protein/8 grams of Carbs and no sugar...no fiber
 
I usually have 2 protein shakes (2 scoops of protein powder = above totals) a day with 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
 
Since I am exercising 2 hours a day.
 
Is this doable under your program
