I also had the same idea to lower the carb. content. So I used 2 teaspoons of Xanthan Gum. Can we say rubber brownies?! Did that keep my husband and I from eating them? Of course not!!!!! Now I will start much slower and try 1/4 teaspoon of the xanthan gum.
