I have been doing this for 3 weeks and 2 days and I am down 19 pounds. Some days I cannot believe it. I never thought it was possible - and I am down almost 2 pants sizes so it's definitely not water weight. Has anyone else had this kind of loss? I am almost worried it's too fast.
