Hi, this is my first post, since I don't know where else to post, I'll post here!  I just ordered the book from amazon.  Tomorrow I'm starting low carbing, gluten free, because I am gluten intolerant.  I realize some of the recipes in your book contain gluten, but I really bought the book for your story. 

Actually, I saw your book in Borders last January, sat down and skimmed through it.  I should have bought it!  It stayed in my mind.  But I'm pleased to see a revised edition with a motivational cd as well.

What got me on amazon was the reviewer who said your book was kind of "hokey."  Your reply was that the big print was good for your 53 year old eyes.  Well, I am 58 and need  big print."  And I love hokey in this slick, highly polished world of ours!
