Thanks everyone!!!  I bought a pack and am so happy I did!!!! My kids like these too. I let them eat some before I did because I wasn't sure.  :-\

I fixed eggs and cheese and wrapped it up in one, for my one son and he loved it! He eats pretty healthy for a 14yr and works out
on a reg. basis.

Just an update- I have lost 21 lb and 21 in. in 8 weeks!
 
One goal was to be down 20 pounds by my b-day(which is in 2 days) and I did it!

Tonia, what you described sounds like a good plan.  What I like particularly about your plan is it sounds like you are consistent that you get some exercise.   I go to the gym to exercise, but I am very inconsistent with it.  I do think your consistency is that has helped you lose those inches in seven weeks. 

How did you learn how to do the kettlebells?  I've seen those at the gym, and they look interesting to work with.

I looked on line read alot and watched videos on youtube.I started light 8lb and now use 10 lb.It is fun too! They say average weight to use is 12-15 lb to start.I have still had good results with the weights I use. 20 min. burns about 400 calories!!!
I know we don't have to count calories( and I don't) but it's cool to know what I am doing is helping me tone up and lose.
It is a good work out.I could only do 12 min when I started and now do 20 min 3 times per week.

Anything is better than nothing though.
I also use to use the walk away the pounds dvds( for my first 60-80 pounds loss). So,I never had an excuse not to walk if the weather was bad.  ::)
I didn't have a buddy to walk with-I am sure that is nice to have. :)

21 inches is a BUNCH :o to lose in only 7 weeks!

I walk 5 miles a day every morning before coffee... I love the early morning air! ;D
I also do a lot of work around our property like tending animals, mending (or moving) fences, landscape maintenance, etc., etc..

I understand that we don't "have to ", but it makes me feel good and I want t tone up while I am losing.And I have alot to tone up!!! LOL!!! ;D

I use kettle-bells( love the cardio that goes along with the weights)  and reg. weights 30 min 3 days per week. I walk 1+ mile 2-3 times per week. This is not counting playing with my kids!! :)

I have lost 21 inches(over all) in 7 weeks. :o

Just wandered if anyone else is or has done reg.exercise while losing weight.
