hey I've missed ya'll too..... I've stalled and lost and then stalled again lol my numbers have gone up slightly but measurements are going down lol thanks to a new gym membership... & personal trainer! my fat numbers are going down but I had 1/4 in gains in my arms in a week its hard but it works I've got more people online with the FTS lifestyle on lady at work has lost 17lbs in her first month alone... very proud of her!!

I moved and just recently got internet back was using a mobile hot spot to get on computer and something made hard drive crash. it bites >:( :( anyways glad to be back :) I'll email him about them thank you

I just ran across this post and I'm happy to say that when i started this lifestyle i was in a size 48 jeans, last friday i was in a situation where i had to buy a new pair post haste, I actually am in a size 40 now and they fit great!!! My dad was with me and was completely shocked when i put them on with no effort ;D ;D ;D
