There's more salt in commercially prepared food. That can cause water retention but it's temporary.
Cobb salad, no tomatoes, is my standard eating out option. I have business lunches fairly often and it's available almost all the time.

Have you been drinking pop that contains caffeine AND too much coffee too?
I'm amazed that you've been able to stay inside your own skin!
Don't torture yourself with stimulants!!!
Being a type A personality (i.e. tending to be hyper). you should avoid (or at least limit) those things that will exaggerate that trait.
Coffee and pop (i.e. colas) can make your journey more challenging than need be.

Alicia I keep sweets in the freezer so they are not in my face.That may work for you That way if you want something you can have it when you have a craving and don't have the I have to eat it before it goes bad
