This is Ron--I did promise Juli that I would visit and I have. This has been an interesting journey to say the least. While weight loss has slowed the past week compared to the first two, we are still doing quite well and don't miss high carb foods nearly as much as I thought I would. Juli has been quite awesome in preparing everything I eat, so I can't screw up!
