haven't been on site lately, was procrastinating, I got tired of the bloating, weight gain, flatus, started deleting food items that made me feel uncomfortable, it came down to my body was having an allergic reaction to any wheat product or milk product. eliminated all grains and milks out of my diet, within 2 wks I lost 10 pounds, no flatus or bloating, my depression has gone, I sleep through the night and more energy. I went from size 12 to 8. I use the zero sweetener with everything, very happy about product and love this site. catballew

started program on nov. 19, i thought thanksgiving dinner would really set me back but amazingly i lost 3 pounds, im really excited and proud of my self for having self-control.

i donot like stevia, can i use Trivia instead ? it is 4grams carbs per packet, i ordered the 0 sweetner, untill it arrives what is best suggestion?

thank you all for your support, im really really trying, my husband thinks im nuts another diet here we go again, at steak and shake i ripped off the bread and added creamy cheese, has anyone every got divoriced from this diet? hard with all the kids home for holiday and on sugar high.

just read your book, excited to get started, few questions, i started gaining weight about 2 yrs. ago, (menopause), can this delay my weight loss?  tried all kinds of diets, gained about 25 pounds and can not lose, i have craveings for tacos, tortilla chips, coffee, chocalate, what kind of substitudes do you suggest to stop these cravenings? You allways want what you can't have and i think about these items all day long.
