Sending a recipe for nut bread . Can you tell me how many carbs, and calories per thin slice?
Nut Bread
In a bowl add
1 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c flax seeds
1/2 c almonds
1 1/2 c rolled oats
2 TBs chia seeds
3 TBs psyllium husk powder
1 tsp salt
In small bowl add
1 TBS honey
3 TBS coconut oil melted
1 1/2 c water
Mix dry ingredient
Wisk liquid ingredients, add to dry ingredients.
Pour into loaf pan - let sit for 2 to 12 hr in refrig.
Bake at 350 - 20 mins in pan. After twenty mins, remove from pan and place upside down on oven rake - bake another 20 mins - should sound hollow.
