I purchased the Low Carb cookbook online for the iPad.  However, it won't download.  All I get is a screen that says to use Bump to open it, and when I press ok, it says that Bump is no longer available.  I tried to download to pc also, and it won't download on there either.  Now I've used the 2 downloads available with no results.  Where is my eBook gone to, and how do I get it back?
