Darkhorse, I have stalled many times. Usually when I'm stressed or sick. But sometimes I stall out when sugar sneaks itself into my food. I have a certain lunchmeat that I was eating that said 0 carbs, but whenever I eat it, I stall out. So you know...there's something in it that isn't low carb.
Anyway, read the messages that everyone suggested you read, there are loads of good info in there. Then you could try what I always do when I stall. I cut out everything that is new or untried. Pull back to my basic staples, then each day add in a new item. If you stall out when adding that new item, you know it's the culprit. Good luck.
