Thanks so much for the response.  We are excited about this eating plan.  My husband's Pastor friend gave him this book since he has lost over 40 lbs (found you on 700 club).  In just a week and a half, my husband is down almost 9lbs and says that he is thinking clearer. At age 33, he has been classified as "pre-diabetic".  We are  excited to resolve this problem and be an inspiration to the rest of the members in our church.  Blessings.
