Suzalie - if you have an Aldi store near you,  check there.  I got a 14 oz jar this weekend for $4.99.

Darn!  I bought soy flour once years ago.  Tried it in one recipe and through away the rest. Do the other ingredients cover up the soy flavor very well?

Hi Umpa!  I am doing well, thanks for asking.  I am back on track, following a lower carb woe .. working my way down in carbs as oppose to automatically starting at 20g.  Enjoying the process and just letting it happen.

Just made this again for dinner with mixed greens (turnip, mustard and collards) and chicken. I'm still amazed at this little recipe!

Would almond flour work as a good replacement for the soy flour?

I made this to go with chili for lunch today and it was SOOO good!  This is one of the best grain-free bread recipes I have ever had.  Totally satisfied my cornbread craving.  Mmmmm!

Hi Doug,

Thinking about placing a wholesale order for Zero.  If I do, how would you ship it - by courier or US Mail?

Thanks!

Im always on the lookout for a good low carb pancake recipe but have yet to find a recipe I really like. With so many eggs to such a small amount if flour, do the coconut flour pancakes taste eggy?

You're lucky to have such a good source, Tony!

Here is my menu today:

Breakfast - 2 strips of bacon, 2 hard boiled eggs

Lunch - Salad with romaine, cucumber, green onion, tomato, snow peas, 1 egg and a light sprinkle of sharp cheddar. Dressing was olive oil and fresh lemon juice mixed with chili, onion and garlic powders, crushed red pepper, cilantro, cumin, and oregano.

Dinner - garlic parmesan wings with celery dipped in Cracked Pepper Salad Dressing

Yesterday's menu:

Breakfast - breakfast sausage balls with 1 hard boiled egg, coffee with zero and heavy cream

Lunch - summer sausage with cheese and a cucumber salad (made with english cukes, tomato, green onion, olive oil, lemon juice and basil)

Snack - the cream cheese/jello fluff dessert from the desserts and sweets forum. I made it with sugar free peach jello. It was delicious!

Dinner - cajun seasoned baked chicken thigh with broccoli and cheese
