You guys are absolutely right. I've started to pack my own meals, and they are more than willing to let me use space in their fridge. Now that I see all these responses, there are a lot of ways around my problem. Thanks!

And yes Doug, I love Nanny McPHee! THe kids father often calls me "Mary Poppins" because I make their life happier, and easier. Haha.

Welcome to FTS! I'm new at this, too, and so far I'm really enjoying it. If you stick to the plan, you will lose weight, if you don't, you won't. It's as simple as that. I know you can do it! You and your family will feel so much better!

So, I'm finding that my biggest struggle with eating happens while I'm at work. I'm a private nanny, and am responsible everything dealing with the kids, including meals. I'm OK with cooking for them and not eating what I cook, but then I realize that there is literally nothing in their house I can eat that is FTS approved.
I guess my only way around not eating their high carb food is to pack my own, that will be tough, however, because I start work very early, and don't get home till after dinner some nights, and by that point, the last thing I want to do is plan meals..?? Any suggestions on quick, packable meals I could take to work?
I would really appreciate the help!
Thanks!

So, I really wanted to share this with all you ladies.

My husband and I have been wanting to start a family for a little while now, but i've been having some problems with my periods. Nobody had any idea how to get my periods to start back up again, and I was really worried for a while....
I've been FTS-ing for a 4 days now, and wouldn't you know it, I had my first period in over a year! Looks like i'm normal and healthy. My husband and I are SO excited! <3

Wow Tony! That is amazing. I'm so happy for you!
I'm a full time nanny to three kids under the age of 3, and I feel so bad when they ask to play, and I can't join them because I simply don't have the energy! I'm already feeling more energetic, and the kids can tell. It's awesome!

Three days into the FTS life style change, and I'm down 5 lbs! I'm celebrating my first small victory!  :P It's even convinced my husband to start too. We raided our house of the "poison" we were eating, and are planning our first FTS dinner together. We are pumped! My goal weight loss is 90lbs, and that number no longer seems so impossible.

(I've attached a picture to show just how excited I am!)
