hey everybody:) i am sure we all know that the holidays are fast approaching:) and with that we will all be presented with unique opportunities to let ourselves be SUGARIZED many times over in the upcoming months:( so lets get that MIND in shape for the holiday season so that when times get tough.... it wont let you down!!!!!
   **** start exercising your mind now, so it doesn't give out on you when the sugar industry and their minions make their push to gain/regain your body & soul :(  none of the offerrings they present to you will be as good as the feeling you'll get by knowing that you were strong enough to resist the temptation:) Be sTrOnG ;D

life is good :) just got my order from torani,and i couldn't be happier,the old coffee creamer i used had 7 carbs for a tablespoon:( after 3 cups i was already over 20  :'( these are soooo much better :o,but buyer beware!!!! they are NOT all zero carbs:( some have .5 carbs, some 1,most 0, but the serving sizes are larger according to the label.....that tells me that if you increase the serving size on the ones that say"0" they too have a small carb count:( either way i still lov'em:) also when you order online the price is more than at the grocery store,but the variety of flavors is fabulous & the bottles are twice the size:)  sooooo its a much better deal even when you factor in the shipping costs:)

8/23/2010: no breakfast:)
                 lunch powerade zero & 8 slices of very thin cut salami along with 4 slices of havarti cheese.
                 dinner 8 green olives,handful of bbq flavored pork rinds,& 2 slices of ham.
                  i'm not planning on having anything else,but if i do i'll modify this post:)

we made this tonite for a topping .31 carbs per 2 tbs serving compared to 1 carb with the aerosol stuff:)

1 cup of well chilled heavy cream - 0 carbs
1/4 box sugar free vanilla jello pudding - 5 carbs

mix both with mixer until it becomes stiff like coolwhip:)

yields 16 - 2 tbs servings 5/16=.31 carbs per serving.... and this taste MUCH better:)

 ;D okay it worked out and will be something we eat :) ALOT:

1st off you can use any type of cheese & toppings that your little heart desires... it took me 10 minutes to make this: advice have all of your toppings ready to go before you fry the cheese 8)

for my pizza i used 8 oz of shredded provelone cheese(buy a block and shred it yourself...its much better and it has 0 carbs,for those that may not be aware of it pre-shredded cheese has potato starch in it to keep it from sticking together)

my toppings were pepperoni,mushrooms & green olives:)

and i also sprinkled some garlic & red pepper on it:)

besides the cheese and toppings all you need is a frying pan,pam spray, and 3 Tablespoons of olive oil.

1-spray your frying pan with pam spray & put on stove at medium heat.

2-add the olive oil.

3-put your cheese into the pan,after it melts & starts to bubble,sprinkle on the spices & top with your favorite toppings.

4-when the edges of the cheese turn brown....its done,with a METAL spatula remove from pan,onto plate,its very hot so BEEBS don't burn yourself:)  i used a pizza cutter to slice it up:) all i can say is"OMG"

oh this is sooooo simple that even the beebenwacker can make it:)
          4 ingredients : 1 cup shelled sunflower seeds
                                1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
                                1/4 cup h2o
                                sprinkle garlic salt
***** the sunflower seeds i found are 1 net carb per 1/4 cup and that's all the carbs in this 4 total carbs**************************my carbs per cracker was .16:) the thinner you make the dough,the more crackers you'll get,and the carbs per cracker will depend on the size and amount of crackers you end up with,i got 24 big crackers:)

put the sunflower seeds and the Parmesan cheese into your "grindy thingy" some people call them food processors? until they become "flourlike" then add the water and pulse the processor till the mixture becomes dough like:)

preheat oven to 325******* line a cookie sheet with parchment paper>> put the dough mixture on the paper & place another piece of parchment paper on top of the dough,pressing down with your hands & spreading the dough to a very,very thin layer ( just make sure you don't have any holes in the dough)remove the top piece of parchment,sprinkle with garlic salt,and with a pizza cutter,score the dough into squares>> and into the oven for 30 minutes>>> then its done>> break the crackers apart and see if you can eat just one:)

PS you can use different cheese for the same results but different flavor,same with spices instead of the garlic salt:)

Doug, we just came from a book store (borders) and not 1 single copy of FTS anywhere in the store:( but on the "hot sellers" table a BIG FAT stack of "The Carb Lovers Diet" imagine if today would of been the day that i choose to " get healthy" and picked that book up??? boy i would  be screwed??? i thumbed thru it,the testimonials were weak...but they touted the editor of "health" magazine as a contributor... thanks for getting FTS to me first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 ;D another product from Dixie Diner..... and they are 3 for 4 with me,we just cranked up the ice cream maker & and "BAM" vanilla soft serve ice cream for you sir:) and it was GrEaT:) only 1 carb per serving....even better:)

Dixie Diner 5 minute chocolate fudge (1 carb per serving) i just made my 1st batch...... so far they are 2 for 3:) the fudge is awesome,as were the brownies:) bread not so awesome:(

hey everybody:) i have been here since April 12Th...seen folks come & go,seen some people since day 1....just wanted to put the word out to any of you that read this...PLEASE DONT GIVE UP,PLEASE KEEP COMING BACK,PLEASE GIVE FTS AN HONEST EFFORT,PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM SUGAR,PLEASE CONSIDER THE CONSEQUENCES OF CONTINUING DOWN THE PATH YOUR ON,i am an example of how well this works & i have never been happier........that's it...if i can succeed so can you!!!!!!!!   PeAcEoUt:)
