I've lost 11pounds so far. And I feel  very very good!   Now if I can get mom not to buy sweet things like cookies and such.  She can't figure out why she's not losing weight. Oh well I will keep trying.

I walked up to my moms house for the first time in over a year. It's not very far from my house but for someone who couldn't walk it was a long way. I got a. New pair of walking boots   Yesterday which helps. But being able to breath without assistance is wonderful. I've also lost 2 more pounds. Yeah!!!  I don't think anything or anyone is going to stop me this time.

General Discussion / What kind of exercise do you do?

Tomorrow I'm going to go get a pair of walking boots. I'm going to start with short distance and build up from there. Right now I'm not able to do anything else. As inspiration I've hung my leather jacket up so I can see it. I wore it when I was in the Navy 30 years ago when I weighted 140 pounds. 200+pounds ago.

Watching james bond movies. Are beans good for you?  I like them. I got some chicken tenders ( no breading). I'm going to have them for dinner. I've now lost 7#'s. Yeah!!!!!  I can't believe that so little weight lost can have such a big impact.

Today is a mile stone.  Ive gone nearly all day without my oxygen. I've carried the tank with me for just in case. But I didn't need it!  I'm soooo happy. I owe it to the new life style I've adapted. My ankles aren't swollen their thin!  I feel that I'm on a journey for a new lease on life.

I need to loose 214#. I can't believe it myself. My health is no good. I had surgery in '08 and. My health has steadily gotten worse. My hope is to loose all of it at a good steady pace. I've read some of the posts and I'm impressed. The only thing is I can't afford to buy a lot of deferent foods.  The food industry makes the food you. An afford bad for you. And the food that is good for you almost unaffordable. If anyone has a good way of doing this on a very tight budget let me know, ok?
