Keep drinking water that's what I did.  I starting implementing the program may 29th and the first few days were a killer. My stomach would constantly be growling even soon after eating. It can take a couple of days to a week for your body to detox from sugar. After that time you should be feeling better, not be craving junk, and not feel very hungry at least that's what happened for me after 3 days.

General Questions / count carbs and calories? or just carbs?
« on: February 01, 2011, 01:11:43 AM »
i'm on a low calorie, lower carb(80-90 net carbs a day) program. does the amount of calories consumed during the day matter? or is it just about keeping track of the carbs? i eat five small "meals" a day(which are the from the program i'm on), and one larger meal of a lean meat and low carb veggies. i lost about 7 lbs my first week, and between 2-5lbs after that. would i have greater weight loss on the fat to skinny program? i already bought fat to skinny book, but thought it was gonna be too hard to do. well i had gotten my cholesterol levels checked and they needed improvement. i know i can't go back to eating like i used to, and i'm tired of carrying around all this extra weight. i like having the simplicity of the meals from the program i'm on right not, but i'm just not loving the $300 price tag each month for the foods. i'm 5'5" and 215lbs. i'm looking to be around 140lbs. your advice would be greatly appreciated.
