ingredients

3 cups almound flour
10tbs psyllium fiber
4tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
5tbs apple cider vineger
11/2 cups boiling water
6ggs



mix dry ingredient in a bowl
in another bowl mix the wet ingredients,pour into the dry mix and mix well
pour in the 11/2 cup boiling water and mix well
pour into a loaf pan
bake untill ready
makes about 10 servings
2 slices per serving
2 slices is 4.8 carbs

Ingredient
4 egg white
4 tbs psyllium fiber
4tbs coconut flour
1tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
2tbs apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup boiling water


mix dry ingrediet
in another bowl mix wet ingredient pour the wet mix into yhe dry mix mix well
add boiling water and mix well
mould into balls cut into 2
flaten the bread on the surfce like you will do a pizza
then in a hot pan with alittle of oil fry the bread
1 bread is about 3.5 carbs

Dinner Recipes / soy protien pasta

Ingredient
1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 cup soy protien
1/4tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 egg



mix dry ingredient in a bowl
in a nother bowl mix the wet ingrediet,pour the wet ingredient into the dry mix well
divide dough into 2 halfs
take one half at a time ,dust your surface with protien powder
roll very thin
fold the dough into half and cut into stripes
place on a dry towel for about 2 to 3 hours to air dry
in a big pot of boiling water drop the pasta and cook
it will foam tha's why you need a big pot
makes about 4 sevings
the carb is only in the soy flour and egg
the whole mixture is about 8 carbs

Anybody try baking with soy protien there are 0 carb and you can make ice cream,bread,pancke,cakes and so many other things.

        Soy protien waffel
 
    Ingrediets
 6eggs
1tsp oil
1/4 cream
1/4tsp baking powder
1/8tsp baking soda
1tsp vanilla powder
1/2 cup stevia
pinch of salt
11/2 cup soy protien powder
1 tbs almond flour
1 tbs flax meal


mix all the ingredient ia a bowl and mix well,then pour into waffel machine, the whole mixture is about 10 carbs

 Any body tried baking with coconut flour,the carb count is 0 carb,the brand i get from my local health shop.       


         Ingredients

  1/2cup coconut flour
  5tbsp psyllium fiber
  2tsp baking powder
  1tsp chia seed
  1tsp sesame seed
  1 tsp flax meal
  8 egg white
  21/2 tbsp apple cider vineger
  1cup boiling water
  1/2tsp salt


  Mix allthe dry ingredient in 0ne bowl
 in another bowl beat the egg white and vineger
 mix the wet ingredient to the dry ingredint mix well
 then pour in the 1 cup boiling water and mix well
 mould into 9 bolls
then on a baking tray line a baking paper
put the bolls on top and flattend the balls like you will do with cookies but not to flat let it be thick
 bake in the oven ountill brown then take them out and leave to cool for about 1 hour
enjoy.


  1 bread is about 1 net carb.

i'm in my 4th week and the scale stop moving since two weeks ago,i'm 300pounds ihave a lot of weight to lose i feel is too early for the scale to stop moving.My first two weeks i lost 10pounds and after that it stoped.I drink about 12glasses of water every day,i go for walks and do house work like cleaning and cooking for the family each day.
 My menu for the day breakfast 1gg crisp bread, 100g of spinach cooked in butter and cream cheese and 1 egg cooked in butter and about 20g of cheese.Lunch is always 1 slice of fts pumkin bread and cream cheese on top and water.Dinner 120gchicken breast breaded with pork rinds,half a packet of shirataki nuddels and 100g of the aproved vegetable and 1/2 avocado thats all i eat every day i change the vegetable each day but the rest of the food remain the same,i only drink water help.

Hi my name is Esther im 300pounds this is my one month in the fts the first 2 weeks i lost 10pounds and then the scale stop moving,i eat 1gg crisp bread plus 1 egg plus 100g of spinach with cheese in the morning.I eat the pumkin bread in the afternoon then in the evening i eat chicken breaded with pork rinds and half a packet of shirataki nuddles and 100gof the aproved vegetable.i want to know if any body went through the same problem so early in the program.i dont know what to do next.
