Hi Joanne,
Sorry about the loss in translation. It is www.naturesflavors.com. I should always copy and paste from the browser!!   :(

While looking for low-carb flavored syrups I found this website www.naturalflavors.com. They sell low-carb syrups, I would imagine equal to Torani or DaVinci for $7.99 for 32 ounces. They even carry cantaloupe syrup! Lots of low-carb products including Xylitol in liquid as well as powder. Xanthan Gum is $12.50 a pound. Umpa/anyone, are these good prices? These items are somewhat foreign to me so I don't have anything to compare them with. The blue cheese and jalapeno stuffed olives look amazing, but I couldn't find any nutritional stats for those on their web page. They even sell a snow cone ice shaver for $5.99 along with all the syrups. I'm squeezing the last bit of life out of summer with our 95 degree weather -- Banana Foster or pina colada snow cones anyone?  :P

Breads and Crackers / Re: crackers:)

These look yummy. Crackers are a tough thing to give up for me. Has anyone tried making them with either Millers bran, whole flax seeds or flax meal? Flax crackers seasoned with all kinds of things like mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, red bell peppers, basil, even sauerkraut, and other savory combinations like that then dehydrated are really popular in the raw food community and are expensive to purchase ready-made. Going to have to try these.

I just saw the weather report for Florida Keys, and the Carolinas. Having noticed many of the members of this Community live in these areas my prayers are with you. Praying Nicole will fizzle out before she hits Florida -- it could happen  ;D. Blessings for safety and no damages to you all.

Congratulations to both Sherripie and Owensmath on your weight losses!! :::standing ovation:::
You are both a wonderful sources of encouragement for all of us (me :)), especially for us women (me :)) who don't lose weight as quickly as the guys!! It helps to know perseverance will get me there too.
You Rock!!

This feels somewhat like watching a favorite TV show for a season and then ending up on the cast! I feel like I know some of you personally already from reading your posts! I have been hanging out for nearly a month, reading, learning and being encouraged by your success. I finally ordered the book and am looking forward to this journey with you.  I have at least 20 questions and I'm sure most of them will be answered after reading the book, so eagerly awaiting its arrival. I'm one of those challenging people who rarely will eat anything with a face and can't do soy, so I will especially look forward to tips and learning from others living a plant-based, low-carb lifestyle.

Anyway, just wanted to say hi and that I am looking forward to standing in the winner's circle with you!  8)

P.S. I come bearing gifts (sort of)  ;D. Truelemon is giving away free samples of their products - no calories, no fat, no sodium, no protein, less than 1 carb per packet and 25% of the daily RDA for Vitamin C! True Orange is my favorite. One packet lightly flavors a quart and a half of water! Here's the link http://www.truelemon.com/free-sample.html?Itemid=226.
