well..... its that TOM ...LoL......yes my monthly visit:) all is well in FTS maintenance land:) very easy to STAY sKiNnY.... the former fat dude has lost over 100 lbs since being introduced to FTS i saw him last week, and begged him to visit the forum to share his story and throw down a before & after pic,he said he would but i have yet to see him here..... its amazing how much the guy has changed:) havent gotten an update from the hairdresser,but am going to try to get the book back this week and pass it on to another FAT dudE that wants to give it a whirl:)

   took the day off today.....driving over 3 hours to watch a highschool football playoff game:) should be a good day:) but after i drink this cup of coffee....i am off to walk the mutts:)

long time no chat:( but i couldn't resist running up the steps and telling anyone that will listen what just happened...... summer is over here in N. KY.  so the shorts are gone till next year, time to break out the jeans & long sleeves:( ...... anywho,i was very hesitant about putting on those 34" waist jeans & large sized shirts .... that i haven't worn for several months..... long story short,my lack of exercise for some time now has left me feeling fat,even though when i do my weekly weigh-in i have had very little fluctuation in my #, i still find myself feeling very self conscious about my appearance.... anyways both the jeans & the shirts still fit perfectly....just like the last time i wore them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                             the guy is not fat anymore,he has lost a whopping 71lbs since i gave him my FTS book:) how freakin cool is that?
        i told him that its time to pay it forward and share the book with some other deserving soul:)   he agreed!!!!!!! and so the little yellow book  will be passed on to save another life:) who knows where it will end up:)    ****** also woke up this morning to find out we hit the pick 3 in KY. last nite 009  st/bx how sweet is that for a Saturday morning wake up call:) going to be a good holiday weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
