I went to a health fair yesterday and had my cholesterol checked along with my blood glucose and all the other fun things. Boy was I ever surprised to find out my overall cholesterol it was 169  :oI almost fell over when they gave me the results. Last time I had it checked it was extremely high! My blood glucose was 76 that was another surprise, well not that big of one I had been monitoring it most every day since I started Fat to Skinny. I’m just very excited to have such great readings!
