I received my hemoglobin A1C results from my doctors office today. It came down from 8.6 too 7.2 in 6 weeks. Im so excited.

Im curious, how long do you think you would have to bake a jicama before it was fully cooked? I have been thinking I could make 'baked potatoes' but I wasnt sure how much time it would take. Any suggestions?

Your ketones should stay in the trace range while all this is happening. Should your ketones go up in the moderate range you might want to contact your doctor as that should not happen.

Ok yesterday I had ggcrispbread with a little peanut butter. then I had a cheese tortilla and sugar free jello. 1 hotdog and a serving of almond milk. 3 pieces of spinach bread pizza with no garlic added cheese and pepperoni for snack I had one of my choco treats and a piece of ggbread with peanut butter. Im using smuckers all natural til I get my beanit butter. I spread a real thin layer on the bread. 4 diet cokes mixed with water to drink.

I went to my local Kroger grocery store today and found some tortillas. It is OLE brand with 5 total carbs and 12 grams of dietary fiber. Does that mean what I think it does?

Hullo. I just got. Im a a type one diabetic Ive been on Doug's meal plan about four days now. While I havent lost any weight yet I feel better and my blood sugars have already improved!

I wanted to have some kinda candy because Im a choco-holic. So I used 2 packages of sugar free bakers chocolate 2 cups splenda I melted it down smoothed a  thin layer of smuckers natural peanut butter between. very simple. It still has a slightly bitter taste that Im not entirely sure how to eliminate. I am going to try a few things to get rid of that. I will post updates when I find out how it works.
