Wow! last night I thought I found a treasure with pumpkin seeds with 2 net carbs for a 1/4 cup! I guess I need to get in the habit of ordering online items. I made a brocolli slaw with olive oil. white wine vinegar and zero. then added a T of pumpkin seeds it was yummy!

Good Morning Doug,

The flapjacks look delicious with blackberries. (also my favorite berry) I made a half of recipe of  pancakes yesterday out of the bakery book.   added cinnamon as well. they were perfect. I use zero as my go to sweetner for everything  :-*  anyways I was wondering a few things about the flax meal/flour can we have that everyday? It seems to do wonders for me in many ways. yesterday I didnt feel hunger until 3 pm after a 7 am breakfast. and then just the satisfication of having them taste so darn good!  also, when I went shopping for log cabin syrup I noticed a new sugarfree ihops syrup and comparing to the best of my knowledge I chose the Ihops because of the carbs were 5 and sugar alcohol was 4  which were lower than the log cabin counts, which I believe were 11 and 10. just wondering if I am missing something in my comparisons? also what are the net carbs for this recipe? thank you and Happy 4th of July. ( hubbys birthday)  Deb

Love Love Love the zero!  I have been using my zero in the recipes  and usually use less than called for. its a miracle ;D next order will be more than 1 bottle because I don't want to run out of the ZERO!  is there a shelf life on zero?

Thanks Umpa, I was going to get mini
Liners at walmart today so I could make
Them but it was crazy busy there, I just
wanted to get out of there! The only things
I have made so far is the brownies, and Doug's
Best ever choc icecream and of course. The
OMM which we love the variety of that recipe.
The brownies are ok. The ice cream we threw
Away!  :-\. I'm now trying to focus on using my
Carbs on healthy choices. But I love the option
to have these dessert recipes to experiment with.
and you do great with altering favorites into
the FTS guidelines. I find that very impressive and
Thank You and Doug for all your inspiration and efforts.

these do look good!  how many carbs are they? I have a question about xylitol. because I also have digestive issues with sugar alcohols. will stevia have the same effects? and could  I use it instead of xylitol in any recipe?  also, can the amounts of sugar in any recipe be decreased without losing to much flavor?

Hi, the recipes/pics  look too good to be true!
But i plan on giving them a try. :) I do have the bakery book
But because I'm a "newbie" it seems to be a bit hard to figure
Out the carb grams per item or the entire recipe!  When ppl post
These great recipes . Even though I'm feeling craving
Free :)  I also want to enjoy my sweets. :p
