I make the one minute muffin practically every day - have combined and one on one ratio of ground flax seed and almond flour (meal) and 1/4 the amount of coconut flour.  It comes out beautifully.  Now, if I make this bread, can I use this mixture?  I have noticed that the coconut flour tends to try things out, that's why the one on one on 1/4 ratio.  Any thoughts?

Hi Umpa,

Not on FTS lately - hard at work - hubby just retired and loads of work around the house and also working most the time through lunch hour.  I can't wait to retire - hopefully sometime mid year of this year.  I haven't tried this recipe yet, but it does look good.

You and Doug be good now - and keep working at those great recipes.

We have both raspberries and blackberry bushes.  It's about time to prune them for the year.  Froze some raspberries this year - didn't get as much this year as other years.  Ate the blackberries.  Didn't freeze them at all.  But, did make the blueberry cake from the bakery book.  Delish!

Yes, we shut down our cabin after our last hun last November or Early December, if the weather holds up.  So, I'm not sure we could insulate it enough if there was a hard frost or wind chill factor of way way below zero.

Well Umpa, you must have danced for the whole state of wisconsin - my rain barrel is 'full' - WOW - what an amazing concept - although, we will have to drain it after first light frost I suppose.
