You're doing well in keeping your carbs low. I read in some other post here that some of our people keep their carbs almost close to zero so don't worry. Carbs are not essential to the body but healthy fats and proteins are so keep doing well ;)

What Doug said is very true and sleep is very critical to your muscles recovery and build up. Don't fall for the lie that somehow you need carbs to replenish your muscles. The exercise guru's and industry I know, promotes carbs as to recover your musle but we know better in this community.

It's funny you said that because yesterday we were im Sam's club and my wife wanted the lemon pepper and when we looked it had sugar and how do you think we felt? It's crazy I know. We put that thing back in the shelf lol fast!
