Overweight is so common problem around the world. Different myths are present for this purpose. What you people suggest best technique for losing weight? Exercise and diet are main factors for shedding extra pounds. Give your suggestion for best technique ..

Loosing weight quickly isn't wise. Its best to loose 1-2lbs a week  and its more likely to stay off. No sugar and low carbs seems to work best for me, but the hard thing once its lost is not putting it back on. A good fitness workout plan with improve diet plan will help you in this regard.

I just say its an awesome post, eating right diet is first step towards healthy life style. If you selected right diet you will get positive results regarding your fitness. Being healthy is not a difficult place to reach, but in order to feel better, look better,
and think clearer, you need a strong nutritional base.

I appreciate you on sharing this post. In my opinion traditional exercises may required more time for results. Quality workout is so better than any long one. New research shows that  Peak Fitness exercises is so effective exercise for maintaining fitness level.It includes far more than typical cardio training.  in which you raise your heart rate up to your anaerobic threshold for 20 to 30 seconds, and then you recover for 90 seconds.
