Coat the fruit well with lime then salt and pepper well, serve with the real website sour cream! YUMMY!

Hello, wasaw247!  :)

As I replied to another one of your comments that had this link, the list in it represents only a VERY small list of all the veggies we may eat on the FTS low-carb lifestyle.

The key is net carb counts, portion sizes, and volume of food eaten throughout each day. And finding the right amounts for our individual bodies.

I REALLY hope you are not seeking click-counts on that link.
If so, we consider it spam and would have to ban you from this forum.

Hi, wasaw247!  :)

Thanks for the list.

But the number of veggies presented in this article is only a fraction of those we eat in the FTS low-carb lifestyle.

Doug's book, "FAT to Skinny Fast and Easy" has a MUCH larger list. And even it does not list all the veggies we can eat. The key is the net carb count, portion size, and volume of food we eat throughout the day.

Did you watch the program or just come across that on the web Tony?  ...

Hi, Shawn!

I saw it on the tube then looked it up online... A definite disjoint between the video and following commentary.

I agree about Pat's comments. He has his opinions about things, and among them, dietary regimens.
He clearly does NOT understand how ketosis operates and what a low carb lifestyle can do.
I wonder if he was asleep or using the restroom when Jimmy was telling his story? :-\

This is not the first time Pat's following commentary did not align with the segment he presented.
Although being on target about most things, I believe Pat's getting a bit too old to host the program.
And since his co-hosts are his employee's, they may be a bit reluctant to correct him on the air.

Pat is a good man, with a good heart, who loves the Lord, and the Lord's people.
I pray that the Lord let him gently know it's time to retire and allow his son Gordon to take over the 700 Club.

Girly Girl Talk / anyone done fat grafting before?
« Last post by gailschumacher on August 27, 2018, 06:17:37 AM »
As I get older my cheeks lost volume and wrinkles in the eyes and nose zones make me look older than my actual age. I'm doing botox and fillers for quite a while but the effect lasts only for several months. I'm not really ready for a facelift, as I don't have deep wrinkles, just want to return my cheeks some volume and get rid of small wrinkles. Discussed an anti-aging procedure recently with my friend and she advised me a full face fat grafting from Toronto she found about on the internet. Started to search but the number of satisfied is quite small, afraid that fat would be contributed unevenly. Can anyone share a real experience with fat transfer?

So you know, I'm 66 years old and in great health thanks to FAT To Skinny (FTS).
When I started living the FTS lifestyle back in August 2010, I weighed 317 lbs. and was VERY unhealthy. My doctor told me I probably won't last 5 more years if something doesn't' change. So I started my FTS journey.

================================================================

After about 6 months, I lost about 50 lbs. and my doc took me off diabetes meds. As well as some to control my elevated triglycerides and cholesterol.

After a year, I lost the remaining 50 lbs. and have never felt better in my life.
Within one year, I lost 100 pounds, and have never felt better (with the exception of a little joint pain from time to time, but nothing really bad).

So yes, living low-carb REALLY does!
There is solid science behind it.

If you have any other questions, please let us know.

Have a great day!  :)

SHERRIAUBREY welcome to the forum! I am Umpa,Dougs wife .If  you read this amazing phenq review it can help you please ask.I have a column on the  called ask umpa where I can convert your favorite foods to fat to skinny friendly like . You are gonna do great and we are gonna help! ;)

Hi Umpa. I really appreciate the help and support you and Doug are providing. I've just started and I'm fully determined to shed my extra tummy fat. But i've started facing a problem. Mostly while sleeping, I start suffering from severe spasms in my thighs. Might be because of the humid weather that has just started in my country. And diet that you recommend to cure the spasm problem?
