Owensmath I've tried to do that with the romaine lettuce here (that is used for caesar salads) and I don't know how to use it as a wrap cos it has such a strong centre piece?
I tried it with iceberg lettuce, it was a little easier to wrap, but I still found it a little awkward.
It was a little messy?

Am I just "special">>>?

well lets see...... i used a 0 carb beef broth(Rachel ray brand)in the broth i put about a 1/4 stick of butter, & Louisiana hot sauce to taste, some garlic salt, and some dry chives.  in the frying pan i put some olive oil, jicama, sliced smoked sausage & crawlfish...after it was all cooked i dumped it into the broth to simmer for awhile..then i spooned a bowlfull and topped it with swiss cheese.... broiled it till the cheese melted.... and i believe after that i ate it:) then i just put the lid on the pot and put it in the fridge... next day pulled out the pot, warmed it up and repeated the process till it was all gone:)
okay after all that....you can make any soup you like, with beef, chicken, seafood broths....spice to your wants... and add what you have or want:) I've made a blackened chicken mushroom soup that was excellent.... be creative and go with what you like:)

I always keep gg brancrispbreads in my desk and have either beanit butter or garlic and chive flavored cream cheese to spread on them to snack on and even have it for lunch if I'm not real hungry.  I almost always have salad with chicken, bacon and cheese for lunch.  I'm one of those people that can live on salads.
